POLICY

Standard Payment Policy

You will be required to pay a 50% Deposit to secure your reservation, and the remaining  balance of  50% will be payable on your arrival.

Method of Payment

Cash or Wire transfer in US$ Currency.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Will result in the forfeiture of your 50% Deposit.

Additional Charges

You will be required to pay the standard rate for any extra person(s) over-nighting in the Apartment.

Age Rules

Guests under the age of 21 are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

Any reservation made under false pretenses by Guests under the age of 21 will be void and Standard Cancellation policies will apply.

Check-in and Check-out Rules

Check-in time is 2.00pm and Check-out time is 11.00am.  Please call in advance if you will like to check-in before 2.00pm or check-out after 11.00am, so that the necessary arrangements can be made.

Pet Rules

Pets are not allowed.

General

No Parties are allowed on premises.

Carnival Rates

The rates will increase for the Carnival Season.
